Jeremy Levin isn't just "active" in Chicago's Jewish community -- he builds it wherever he goes. Whether he's hosting 40 people for Shabbat in his living room or starting up a junior board for a Jewish nonprofit, everything Jeremy touches helps the local Jewish community flourish.
A Moishe House veteran, Jeremy makes his home a welcoming space for young Jews to connect. Also, his love of building community overflows into his professional endeavors. When he's not working his day job at Avant, he handles social channels for
ELI Talks
and volunteers with Maot Chitim, for which he launched a junior board to help the organization reach its full potential and serve more people in need.
As a Birthright Fellow, Jeremy also takes special care to plan trips to Israel for his participants in ways that are meaningful for everyone regardless of their religious background.
